Dealership personnel should have water test kits supplied by Ecolab to test for proper concentrations. Udder Wash concentrations are listed on the label and should be followed as close as possible.  If you have any questions or need training contact your Ecolab Representative.

Monarch MON-O-DINE Iodine Udder Wash – 1.47% Titratable Iodine mixed 1 oz. to 5 gallons. Used as udder wash and in back-flush systems. Has great surfactant levels for superior wetting ability.

Monarch PREP Chlorhexidine Udder Wash – 1.20% Chlorhexidine Gluconate mixed 1 oz. to 3 gallons. Has great surfactant levels for superior wetting ability. A very gentle disinfectant. Very little smell and no staining.

BAC-DROP Udder Wash and Disinfectant – 42.6% Phosphoric Acid and Dodecylbenzene Sulfonic Acid mixed 1 oz. to 5 gallons. Great Disinfectant for back-flushing milker units. Pleasant smell and no staining. Will kill bacteria as well as clean mineral stains and deposits off equipment and walls. A 15 gallon drum will make 9,600 gallons of sanitizing solution. Same general properties of an Acid Sanitizer.
