The hazardous material manifest is a spreadsheet that your Route Specialist completes before leaving to go on the daily route.   This is a form that would be given to the D.O.T. Officer upon being inspected.  This has to be completed manually although for those of you that enter this information each day into a computer we do have the spreadsheet put together with formulas at the MEDA office.
